The client is a global knowledge and capability center supporting one of the world's leading consulting networks. It provides specialized support across a wide range of sectors-including financial services, telecommunications, consumer markets, and more. This role focuses on shaping and executing AI strategy, ensuring alignment with broader business goals, and delivering high-impact AI solutions.

Job Description

  • Contribute to the creation and management of a strategic roadmap for AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.
  • Assist in planning and monitoring budgets and forecasts related to roadmap execution.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track progress, and proactively manage risks.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficient and timely project delivery.
  • Evaluate project outcomes, pinpoint improvement opportunities, and implement corrective measures where needed.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external collaborators to gather insights, validate concepts, and secure stakeholder alignment.
  • Prepare comprehensive presentations, reports, and supporting documents for key stakeholders.
  • Foster and sustain productive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including technical experts, product leads, business stakeholders, and industry partners.
  • Design and roll out change management strategies to ease the transition and support adoption of AI-driven solutions.
  • Advocate for innovation and support the integration of AI practices across teams.
  • Keep current with emerging AI trends, technologies, and best practices to inform strategic decisions.



The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ years of experience in project leadership, with a demonstrated ability to drive and deliver complex initiatives successfully.


  • Certifications in Project Management, Product Ownership (e.g., CSPO), and AI/ML are an added advantage.


  • Background in collaborating with development and QA teams to deliver robust technology solutions, ideally within global or cross-functional environments.


  • Experience in helping establish new teams or scale existing ones is an advantage.


  • Proven success in guiding products from initial concept through to market launch, with hands-on involvement across all stages of the product lifecycle.


  • Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, including Generative AI, Deep Learning, and Neural Networks, is highly beneficial.
