The client is a captive/KPO organisation of one of the biggest consultancy players globally. This organisation specialises in assisting its member firms across a broad spectrum - from industries such as financial services to telecom to consumer markets among many others. The role is for the global markets and focuses on the sales support function.

Job Description

  • Work with the global teams in the bid management domain for large deals
  • Initiate and execute sales enablement strategies in line with the company's goals.
  • Collaborate with consultancy, strategy & change departments to ensure alignment of sales objectives
  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and devise strategies for improvement.
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure the company's sales objectives are met.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends and competitors' methods.
  • Communicate with the marketing team to deliver valuable content for sales teams.

The Successful Applicant

A successful AD - Sales Enablement should have:

  • At least 11 years of overall experience in the professional services sector, specifically with experience in bid management
  • S/he should have a good experience of working on sales processes
  • Solid experience of working in the RFP/Proposal Solutioning work with global stakeholders
  • As a solution architect, the candidate should have an experience of managing the entire opportunity from end to end
  • S/he should have had an exposure of working with global teams
