Job Description



  • Strategic Planning:
    • Lead the development of long-term business strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends.
    • Formulate and drive business initiatives across various verticals such as retail banking, wealth management, insurance, and investment products.
    • Monitor market conditions, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities, risks, and threats.


  • Market and Competitive Analysis:
    • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
    • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on data-driven analysis.
    • Evaluate the impact of market changes, economic shifts, and regulatory updates on business performance and strategic priorities.


  • Leadership and Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations, Risk, Technology, and Product Development to ensure seamless strategy implementation.
    • Build and lead a high-performance strategy team, mentoring junior analysts and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
    • Work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment across all levels of the organization.


  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
    • Track the performance of implemented strategies, ensuring that business goals are met and key performance indicators (KPIs) are achieved.
    • Prepare and present regular strategic updates, reports, and forecasts to the executive team and key stakeholders.


  • Change Management:
    • Drive organizational change through strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and business growth.
    • Champion innovation and digital transformation initiatives within the company to keep pace with industry advancements.



The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience in strategy or management consulting, with a proven track record in the financial services sector.
  • Strong background in financial modeling, data analysis, and competitive intelligence
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate complex ideas clearly.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Deep understanding of the Indian financial services market, regulatory environment, and consumer behavior trends.
