Job Description

  • Delivers New Business premium, collected premium and Value of New Business (VNB) targets
  • Grows and expands the agency sales force as per organizational blueprint
  • Achieves organizational persistency target
  • Ensures that the expense ratio lies as per plan
  • Responsible for retention, growth and satisfaction of agency workforce
  • Drives adherence to sales management process, need based selling and regulatory/compliance requirements

The Successful Applicant

  • Graduate with 12-18 years of retail sales management experience
  • MBA with 12-16 years of experience, at least 8 years retail sales management experience
  • Works closely with HR for sales force recruitment
  • Works closely with Distribution Training for technical, and sales training for agency work force
  • Works closely with Operations team to day to day branch running as well as expansion
  • Works closely with Product and Marketing team for launching new campaigns, products, locations, lead management etc.
  • Works closely with sales heads of other distribution channels
  • Works closely with Fin Planning and CFO team to ensure tracking of budgets and actual expenses and channel profitability.
