Job Description

  • Ideal candidates must come from the broking fraternity, possessing a strong market network and in-depth industry knowledge across non EB.
  • The position is based in Bangalore. Mumbai can be considered for exceptional cases.
  • Build the channel ground up, create the network of relationships and manage them.
  • Focus on operational and underwriting aspects and work closely with the functional teams to build the channel.
  • This role also involves scaling up the team, starting with the recruitment of regional leaders to drive growth and expansion.

The Successful Applicant

  • Candidates with proven track record and a stable journey with broking set-ups
  • 12+ years of experience
  • Must have managed large accounts and Non EB
  • Brings leadership ability to lead the vertical at a pan India level
