Job Description

  • Own, operate, and manage a FinnOne applications which is core to any lending business.
  • Be proactive and design systems or processes that have a high success rate
  • Introduce new tools, techniques, and coding patterns to other engineers, and drive this change to whole team.
  • Expert in multiple areas and can provide regular insight to product and design leads of all levels that are working within FinnOne Applications.
  • Identify, tackle and deliver on strategically important problems for the group whether it is Product, Platform, or Infrastructure
  • Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, scalability, security, modifiable, extensibility etc.
  • Maintain and optimize existing FinnOne systems for performance, security, and scalability.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Head Strategic Finnone Specialist should have:

  • Extensive experience in developing Finnone systems
  • Proficiency in programming languages relevant to FinnOne development (e.g., Java, C#, Python).
  • Strong experience with SQL and database management & familiarity with APIs and integration techniques.
  • Experience as a FinnOne Architect or similar role.
  • Deep understanding of FinnOne and its modules.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think algorithmically.
