Job Description

  • Lead and manage the Technology Department's daily operations.
  • Develop and implement strategic technology initiatives in line with the organization's goals.
  • Collaborate with other department heads to ensure technology alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee IT budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance on all technology matters.
  • Develop and implement IT policies and best practices.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
  • Oversee the implementation of new systems and infrastructure.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Deputy CTO - Channels' should have:

  • Graduation (B.E./ B.Tech) in Electronics & Telecommunications/ Computer Science/ Electronics & Electrical/ Information Technology/ Electronics & Communication OR Graduate with Post- Graduation in MCA from a recognized University by the Govt. of India"
  • Proven experience in a technology leadership role within the financial services sector, preferably retail banking and loans providers.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong strategic and business acumen.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
