Job Description

  • Providing expert legal guidance on all aspects of law relevant to the Transport & Distribution and Third Party Logistics sectors.
  • Directing the company's legal framework to ensure compliance with the regulatory environment.
  • Reviewing, negotiating and drafting legal agreements and contracts.
  • Managing legal disputes and litigations.
  • Advising on risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Ensuring the company's policies adhere to the latest legal requirements.
  • Coordinating with external legal counsel as required.
  • Leading the legal department and mentoring the legal team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • A law degree from a recognized university.
  • Experience in the Transport & Distribution and Third Party Logistics sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate law and legal compliance.
  • Excellent negotiation and drafting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong decision-making skills and strategic thinking
