Job Description

  • Guide the legal department in handling legal affairs related to metals and mining sector
  • Work closely with the senior management to mitigate legal risks.
  • Ensure compliance with the latest regulations in the metals and mining industry.
  • Develop and implement effective legal strategies.
  • Handle litigation and liaise with external legal counsel.
  • Oversee contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Provide expert legal advice to the board of directors and other senior executives.
  • Represent the company in legal proceedings

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate must have

-LLB qualification from a reputed university

-At-least 15 years of experience having worked across industries such a metals, mining, energy, infrastructure etc.

-Good communication and stakeholder management skills
