Have more than 10000+ real estate assets and 200+ portfolio companies.Job DescriptionAnalyse Real Estate Industry trends and study of commercial micro-markets.* Monitor and detailed understanding of various functions for portfolio companies including leasing, development, legal, financing, etc.* Preparation of periodic updates for investors and stakeholders* Assisting in quarterly valuations and acquisition/exit strategy* Periodic overview of leasing, debt and cash flows of the portfolio company* Reviewing financial statement and analysis of various budgets, cash flows and MIS prepared by the management.* Post-Transaction clean-up, follow-up on condition subsequent and regularisation of entity level compliance.* Oversee annual business planning and budgeting process.
