We offer a range of alternative investment products to investors around the world - including public and private pension plans, endowments and foundations, sovereign wealth funds, financial institutions, insurance companies and private wealth investors.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:* Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.* Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers by developing deep understanding of the business. Ensure updates are sent to hiring managers on recruitment progress (weekly/forthnightly/monthly), highlighting key metrics and insights.* Team Management: Lead a team of 2-3 recruiters and monitor progress, balance workloads to ensure efficient recruitment workflows.* Vendor Management: Weekly meetings with recruitment partners to address any hiring challenges, provide timely feedback, and gather market intelligence regarding industry trends.* Recruitment Analytics: Analyze recruitment data, create insightful reports, and extract market intelligence to enable data-driven decisions.* Reporting & Analytics: Oversee various TATs, aging roles, and other recruitment metrics, along with data maintenance and recruitment presentations.
