Job Description

  1. Achieving sales and collection target along with other relevant KPIs for the region
  2. Managing Key Accounts to help the team with maintenance of share and key negotiations with respect to price and share gain
  3. Maintaining financial hygiene with respect to debtor days and overdue collection
  4. Managing people - 10-12 employees
  5. Sales growth in terms of volumes and market share
  6. Being aware of market trends and competition activities to support key strategic initiatives
  7. Recruitment of Sales force / Front line Sales Staff
  8. Training and development of sales personnel
  9. Profitability and gross margin improvement
  10. Maintaining a strong opportunity pipeline for the region to support consistent growth

The Successful Applicant

1. An MBA with 5+ years of experience in Sales and Product Management Function

2. Sound Knowledge of Products, Applications, end user industry manufacturing processes

3. Must be proficient with Tamil

4. MBA from Tier 1/2 college
