Job Description

  • Lead Sales & Production Planning (SPP) and deliver Master Production Schedules.
  • Plan monthly, weekly, and daily production aligning demand with capacity.
  • Own supply planning during S&OP meetings and manage new product introductions.
  • Monitor and optimize MRP parameters and capacity planning for workstreams.
  • Ensure uninterrupted supply by managing raw material availability and seasonal build.
  • Optimize production scheduling to balance SKU availability with minimal downtime.
  • Drive productivity improvements and inventory loss reduction initiatives.
  • Maintain accuracy in production inventory records and SAP data.
  • Support long-term capacity planning and provide inputs for capital expenditure.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree with strong analytical and planning skills.
  • 5+ years of planning experience with 8+ years in supply chain/manufacturing.
  • Experience in FMCG or pharmaceutical industries highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of S&OP processes, MRP, and capacity planning.
  • Proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, and inclusive culture.
