About Our Client

Our client is a leading institution in the financial services and fund management sector

Job Description

  • Digital financial products, regulatory framework, risk management, commercial and technology contracts and intellectual property. including payment systems, lending platforms, and digital wallets.
  • Advise on compliance with relevant financial regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML), know your customer (KYC), and consumer protection laws.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, partners, and service providers, ensuring alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage agreements related to technology licensing, data sharing, and vendor relationships.
  • Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting digital finance and assess their implications for the business.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, data protection laws and industry standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • Minimum 7-10 years of overall experience in the financial services sector.
  • Open to Mumbai as a location.
  • Candidate should come with experience - working in digital lending technology, Fintech space.
