Our client is a US-headquartered healthcare services company specializing in end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) solutions for hospitals and physician groups. With a legacy of supporting over 400 healthcare providers, they deliver billing, coding, claims resolution, and analytics services across the care continuum. The company operates a significant global delivery setup in India, with offices in Bangalore and Noida, playing a critical role in its operational backbone. Known for its compliance-driven processes and technology-enabled services, the organization emphasizes quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Job Description



  • Serve as the strategic HR partner to India business leadership and global HR teams


  • Manage end-to-end HR operations for India, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, compensation, and compliance


  • Lead and develop a team of HR professionals across multiple locations


  • Align global HR programs (performance, L&D, engagement, policy rollout) to the India context


  • Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, investigations, and disciplinary actions


  • Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and support global compliance requirements (FLSA, audits, etc.)


  • Manage payroll inputs, HRIS updates (e.g., UKG), and accurate employee data handling


  • Drive initiatives related to employee engagement, succession planning, DEI, CSR, and R&R programs


  • Conduct exit interviews, trend analysis, and feedback loops for continuous improvement


  • Serve as a key advisor for HR systems and process improvements in a global matrix setup


  • Maintain strong floor presence and act as an HR business partner for employees and managers



The Successful Applicant



  • 14+ years of HR experience with exposure to global delivery centers / GCCs / shared services
  • MBA or Masters in Human resources


  • Comfortable working in US shift timings (4:00 PM - 1:00 AM IST)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills


  • Demonstrated experience managing HR across multiple sites in India


  • Strong understanding of Indian employment laws and statutory requirements


  • Proficiency in HR systems (UKG preferred), Microsoft Office, and data reporting tools


  • Experience working with US-based teams and stakeholders across time zones


  • Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills


  • High integrity, professionalism, and ability to work with confidentiality
