Job Description

As the GenAI lead, you will be responsible for -

  • Developing and Implementing Generative AI Models: Design and deploy AI models to automate work flow and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
  • API Integration: Develop and manage APIs to ensure seamless integration of AI models with various applications and platforms.
  • Agentic Flow Implementation: Apply agentic flow principles to optimize AI-driven processes and workflows.
  • Stay Current with AI Advancements: Keep abreast of the latest developments in generative AI and machine learning to inform and enhance project outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

As a successful candidate, you should have -

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Experience: 8 to12 years of experience in Data Science with at least 1-2 years focused on generative AI.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
    • Sound knowledge of ML concepts and its application and ability to formulate solutions, baseline it and improve upon them with ML algorithms. Expertise in NLP and LL/SL models. Worked on fine-tuning LLMs and Transformer based models for business solutions. Knowledge in statistical methodologies to be able to measure metrics of large dataset and leveraging statistical based sample methods.
    • Experience working with big data - identifying trends, patterns, and outliers in large volumes of data.
    • Proficient in developing and integrating APIs.
    • Familiarity with AWS is desirable
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative AI-driven solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
