We are looking for an Export Sales Manager who is well-versed in sales strategies and has excellent negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the Industrial/Manufacturing and Engineering industry.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
  • Manage and oversee the operation of sales department
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and services

The Successful Applicant

A successful Export Sales Manager should have:

  • Proven work experience in sales management in LATAM, Central, South America
  • Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
  • Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and team management skills
  • Degree in Business Administration or relevant field
